The CS/CIS student is responsible for:
- Registering for the course.
- Finding an organization willing to provide work experience in one or more of the activities described above.
- The student must develop a contract with the organization using the Internship Agreement Contract (Student and Supervisor) form and return it to the CS\CIS Internship Coordinator.
- Providing CS\CIS Internship Coordinator picture of student to be posted on bulletin board
(email CS\CIS Internship Coordinator photo or ask
and can coordinate having one taken)
- During the 4th week of the internship the student must complete a Mid-Term Report and submit it to the CS\CIS Internship Coordinator.
- At the end of the Semester in which the credits are earned the student must provide a Final Written Report and a Final Oral Report (to the CS\CIS Internship Coordinator).
