Resources for Writing
        In the Management Department we use the writing style proposed by the American Psychological Association. This allows papers to be uniform for comparison, provides a single and consistent source for reference, and is one of the major standards in the field for writing. Please use this format (4th edition) for all papers at the graduate and undergraduate level. The following resources may be of help. Take special notice of "Swenson's Suggestions" below since these are based on the most frequently appearing writing errors in classes.

        Swenson's Writing Suggestions. This is a collection of reminders for writing style, primarily for undergraduate papers, based on the most frequently occuring errors. CHECK THESE before handing a paper in!

        APA Style Cribsheets. Extensive collection of links to summary sheets on style. Make sure they are for the current (4th) edition before you use them.
