Team Member Performance Evaluation

Each team member's contribution to the total team effort is crucial to project success. Feedback to team members is an important dimension to improving team performance, and a vital component to employee's performance evaluation. This evaluation will remain confidential, although the person evaluated may be informed of the grouped or total results of ratings.
