A seminar is a different format than you may have experienced in many of your other courses. In the seminar, rather than focus on presentation of information through lecture, we discuss real-life management problems and draw on what has been learned from all of your coursework so far to analyze, explain, and consider interventions. Since there are no tests and only a single problem solving paper due at the end of the 8-week course, emphasis will be on prepared and active participation in discussion.
