Perhaps it's my Viking ancestry, curiosity about the chemistry of brewing, fascination with medieval customs...nah! I just really enjoy excellent food and drink. This is another hobby at which I wish I spent more time. It's one that rewards precision, patience, and inventiveness with the "drink of the gods."
